Initiative details

Currently, many micro, small, and medium-sized manufacturers are unable to sustain or protect their businesses even if they want to. There are many reasons for this, but one of them is the failure of machinery and equipment.
We are a company that deals with mechanical design and equipment. In the last fiscal year, we launched a retrofit business called “Sanai Doc” to improve the operability, productivity, and maintainability of old machines by modernizing their functions and performance.
Common concerns include “we want to repair a machine that has been used for many years in a business that has been going on for generations,” ”today’s machines can’t handle a process that we have perfected over a long period of time,” “we can’t get the color and texture we want without the machine we’re used to,” or “we want to repair a machine, but the machine manufacturer has already gone out of business, and it’s impossible to get the parts we need.” In order to address these issues, we are engaged in repairing, improving, manufacturing, and maintaining all kinds of machines from old machines used in traditional factories to the latest equipment.

During the repair process, we listen to our customers’ concerns and problems about the machines they are using and strive to improve them. For example, to address the problem of rusting from iron parts, we converted the machine to one made of stainless steel, and to address the problem of difficulty in obtaining new parts due to using old standards or parts made overseas, we modified the machine so that it could use current Japanese standards. Our repairs contribute to the protection of the natural environment by reducing the use of resources and reusing things as much as possible.
In doing this, we upgrade machines that have been in use for a long time, leading to improved work efficiency.

Key Points

Last year, our company celebrated its 40th anniversary. From the past to the present, and decades into the future, we want to be a company that continues to support the operations of businesses that are loved by local communities. To this end, we are committed to providing consistent support throughout the process from discussions on repairs to design, manufacturing, assembly, on-site installation, and test operation, so that our customers can trust us with their machines.
Customers have thanked us for, in addition to repairs, being willing to accept orders that required a lot of time and effort, such as modifications for ease of use. We believe that this kind of support will lead to job satisfaction for our customers and ultimately for our employees.
Through Sanai Doc, we will strive to ensure job satisfaction for our customers and employees, reduce adverse impacts on the environment, and contribute to conserving the Earth, thereby ensuring a sustainable society in the years to come.
