Since 2013, Hiroshima Prefecture has organized the Hiroshima Round Table, a multi-lateral conference to discuss nuclear disarmament and arms control in East Asia, in order to concretize the “Supporting the Roadmap for the Abolition of Nuclear Weapons” agenda “Hiroshima for Global peace Plan”.

The Hiroshima Organization for Global Peace (HOPe) and Hiroshima Prefecture co-organized this year’s conference and released the following Chair’s Statement.
