Article 1 (Copyright)
1.Copyrights on files (e.g. documents and images) and their contents on our website are, in principle, belong to HOPe and are protected by laws. For some of the images etc., the original authors own its copyrights. The names of companies and products shown on our website are generally trademarks and registered trademarks of the relevant companies. The image, data and programs used on our website cannot be copied on other websites, magazines or any advertisements, except special circumstances determined by HOPe. HOPe shall be able to suspend or disrupt management of the services without notifying users if any of the following applies. 2.HOPeprovides the services to users through the Internet. All devices, communication means, software, etc. for connecting to the Internet must be properly installed and operated by users at their own responsibility and expense. HOPe shall not be responsible for any of them.
