On Thursday, November 30, 2023, the program participants visited the Embassy of Japan in Germany. At the embassy, Minister Kitaura shared his views on the present international issues from his position as a embassy minister, who is involved in diplomacy and solving global issues on the front line, and gave advice on interaction with local students and on-site inspections.

　

The comments from the participants included the following: “His talk has enabled me to understand what is important and what I should keep in mind for my future activities in the country” and “I’ve learned about what diplomats keep in mind when addressing international issues. I’d like to refer to his talk when interacting with local students.” They seemed to have renewed their enthusiasm for local activities.
